Recommendation for Occupancy (RFO)

The electronic RFO system is intended to streamline the appointment process by allowing areas to complete the form, attach supporting documentation, forward to nominated signatories for approval, and then to People & Culture for processing. It is a complete workflow system which creates, tracks and delivers compliant RFOs to People & Culture which in turn can generate an electronic Letter of Offer.

This form is to be used when an area requires to appoint a person into an established position within the work area. It can be used for all new and further appointments or to vary an already existing appointment for a period of 2 years or more.
